While Poshmark does a pretty great job of making re-sale buying/selling easy (far better than selling on eBay), you may need to reach out to Poshmark’s support occasionally.
How to contact Poshmark support?
To contact Poshmark support, email contact@poshmark.com.
You will shortly receive an email from them letting you know that they received your support request and will try to get back to you within 24 hours.
From my experience, this is only true about 50% of the time.
So, if you need to talk to Poshmark support, email them immediately.
How to change your Poshmark username
One of the most common reasons people need to reach out to Poshmark support is to change their username.
While, Poshmark rules claim you can’t change your username, they really mean you can’t change the username yourself. You won’t find a way to change your username within your Poshmark mobile app or desktop.
You’ll have to email contact@poshmark.com and let them know you are not happy with your current username and would like to change it. As long as the new username you want is available, they will be able to change it for you.
Other Poshmark support systems
Like I said earlier, Posh Support can sometimes take longer than the 24 hours. Email them immediately, but while you’re waiting, see if other poshers in the community have the answers you are looking for.
I recommend joining Poshmark Facebook groups. You can post your question/concern to these groups and get feedback from the members.
I also recommend staying active on Poshmark. Be involved in the community by sharing other’s listings, liking them, and giving them a follow. Staying involved in the Poshmark community will increase your closet visibility and help you make some Posh friends that could provide future support.
