Have your seen or heard of Poshmark Love Notes? They took me quite awhile to figure out, but once I did, I fell in love with the feature.
Love Notes are nice comments you can give a seller when you give them a five star rating. If you had exceptional service, be sure to hit the five star and leave that comment, aka Love Note.
Why give Love Notes?
If you are serious about your Poshmark selling, Love Notes are a way to build your Posh community and make more connections. As a community, we want to spread the love!
If you are trying to become a Poshmark Ambassador, you are required to give 1 Love Note, although I recommend giving more!
Can you add them to your closet?
A common question I’ve heard is “how do I add a love note to my closet?”
Well, Love Notes are not something you can add to your closet. Love Notes are given to you by your buyers, and automatically appear in your about section toward the bottom of the page. You will see Love Notes received and Love Notes given in this area.
How to give a Love Note
Next time you receive exceptional service on a Posh purchase, be sure to give the seller a five-star rating with a comment. That comment will then show up on the seller’s Love Notes section, as well as your own.
Keep in mind you can’t become a Poshmark Ambassador without given 1 Love note.
What to say in a Love Note
Sellers appreciate a good Love Note that includes what services they were extremely pleased with. This includes shipping time, packaging quality, if item was as described, and sellers communication throughout the buying process and whether they would come back and shop again or recommend to other potiental poshmark buyers.
